Have never received order. Will cancel through VISA

We never received our order. If I had known they were being shipped from China, I would never have ordered. I'm calling my credit card company for a full refund.

Bought a pair as a gift for grandson. Shipping took long, but got here in time for Christmas. Turns out I ordered the wrong size. Ordered correct size. The company web sight says returns are easy, welcomed, and fast. NOT SO. Have been trying since Christmas Day to get return authorization and shipping label. Sent multiple requests, have received not once answer from the company. I know in my heart that just after the 30 day return window I’ll get a message saying “ sorry but you’re outside of the window for returning this item”. Their plan all along. If I hadn’t gotten it for a gift, wouldn’t have re-ordered from them at all. One last thing, just after the first order, I keep getting discount codes to use on next order. Guess what, not one would work when I ordered the correct size. Think before ordering from this company.
